4-12-week programme looking at emotional resilience, cultural identity and equity, behaviour, decision making, wellbeing and mind-set/ group or 1:1 work with at risk children/YP (ages 8 – 11)

Transition, adolescence, new beginnings

 

4-6 -week programme looking at transition into secondary school/ group or 1:1 work with at risk children/YP (ages 9 – 11)

QIC Self-Discovery Challenge

​

Aspiration, Motivation, Self-Belief

​

4-6-week programme/ group or 1:1 work with at risk children looking at aspiration, motivation and self-belief/YP (ages 11 – 14)

​

QIC Employability and Entrepreneurship Programme

​

Team work, communication skills, Increased employability skills

​

4-6-week programme looking at progression, employability & entrepreneurship/ group or 1:1 work with at risk/YP (ages 14 – 18). They’ll develop confidence and skills in presenting, persuasion, critical thinking, collaboration, problem solving, job brokerage and entrepreneurship.

QIC Methodology

 

The intervention process is a unique blend of teaching, mindfulness, coaching, emotional intelligence, facilitation, creative education, metacognition and person centred learning, aimed at establishing self - value, optimistic perspectives and a context conducive to learning.

We deliver programmes on cultural diversity, history, art and movement to learners.

We also offer CPD on cultural diversity and unconscious bias, for educators and professionals.

Creative Education

​

We offer programmes incorporating interactive storytelling, drama, movement, dance, martial arts, visual arts, animation and music.

Youth Violence and Crime Intervention Programme

​

We deliver individual and group work, to support young people engaged in criminal activity and gang culture.

​

We explore the following areas:

  • stereotypes and perceptions

  • interaction

  • empathy (through shared experiences)

  • peer pressure

  • identity and culture

  • society and community

  • problem solving

  • evaluation and progression
